Warranty Policy

I stand by the quality of my work and provide a warranty period for every project to ensure stability after handover.

Warranty period by service

The warranty duration depends on the type of service:

  • Go Online: 1-month warranty
  • Business Website: 1-month warranty
  • Custom Business System: 3-month warranty

The warranty period starts from the date of final project handover.

What the warranty covers

During the warranty period, I will fix any issues related to:

  • Bugs or errors in the delivered code
  • Features or functionality not working as agreed
  • Layout or responsiveness issues across supported devices
  • Technical problems caused by the original implementation

All fixes covered under warranty are provided at no additional cost.

What the warranty does not cover

The warranty does not include:

  • New features or enhancements not part of the agreed scope
  • Design changes or layout modifications after approval
  • Content updates or additions (unless explicitly included)
  • Issues caused by third-party services, APIs, or integrations
  • Problems resulting from changes made by others after handover
  • Hosting, domain, or infrastructure-related outages

Any work outside the original scope can be handled as a separate paid request.

How to request warranty support

If you face an issue covered under warranty:

  1. Share the issue clearly via the agreed communication channel
  2. I’ll review and confirm whether it falls under warranty
  3. Fixes are prioritized based on severity and impact

After the warranty period

After the warranty period ends, I’m still available to help.
Ongoing support, updates, and improvements can be handled on a paid basis or through a maintenance arrangement.
