Refund Policy
I aim to keep the process transparent and fair for both sides.
This policy explains when refunds may or may not apply.
Advance payments
All projects require an advance payment to begin work.
This payment secures time, planning, and initial execution.
Refund eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The project is cancelled before any work has started
- The cancellation is initiated by me due to unforeseen reasons
In such cases, any paid amount (or the unused portion) will be refunded.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds are not applicable when:
- Work has already started (design, planning, or development)
- Deliverables have been shared or approved
- Delays are caused by missing content, feedback, or approvals
- The client changes requirements mid-project
- The project is paused or abandoned by the client
Once time and effort have been invested, the payment becomes non-refundable.
Milestone-based work
For larger projects, payments are usually tied to milestones.
Completed milestones are non-refundable, even if the project is discontinued later.
Scope clarity
I ensure scope, deliverables, and expectations are discussed clearly before starting.
This helps avoid misunderstandings and ensures both sides are aligned from day one.
If you have concerns about scope or suitability, I strongly recommend discussing them during the intro call before proceeding.
